Add-ons
Add-ons are a-la-carte upgrades that stack on top of your plan’s included quota. Each add-on is a separate Paddle subscription line billed monthly or annually (with the same ~15 % annual discount as the base plan).
Manage them at Entitlements → Add-ons in the WebUI. The same list is on the public pricing page.

How slot add-ons stack
Each slot add-on grants quantity-N of a specific variant. They sum with your plan’s included slots:
- Pro includes 100 Standard + 50 Fast + 10 Real-time uptime slots.
- Buy one +25 Real-time add-on → you now have 35 Real-time slots.
- Buy three +25 Standard add-ons → 175 Standard slots.
Browser and runner add-ons behave the same way — each purchase adds quantity-N to your current count.
Multi-addon checkout
The Add-ons → Add to bag → Checkout flow lets you pick several add-ons in one go. They go through a single Paddle transaction, billed prorated to your current period, and provision atomically — either all of them activate or none do (Paddle handles the failure path). After checkout each one is a separate subscription line that you can cancel independently.
Cancelling an add-on
Entitlements → Add-ons → Active add-ons → Remove. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep the slot quota until then. After expiry:
- The slots disappear from the included pool.
- Monitors that exceed the new pool are suspended (not deleted). Reduce monitor count or buy the add-on back to reactivate.
Plan downgrades and add-on overlap
When you downgrade to a plan that already includes an add-on (“the new tier gives me more of what I had as an add-on”), the WebUI surfaces a list of pending overlaps at Entitlements → Subscriptions. You can either:
- Keep the add-on — useful if you want headroom above the base plan and your spend is fine.
- Cancel the add-on — the rolled-in capacity replaces what the add-on was providing, and Paddle credits the prorated balance.
If you ignore the overlap, the add-on keeps billing. It’s not wrong, just probably not what you want.
What’s not an add-on
- Plan upgrades — moving from Pro to Business is a plan change in Billing, not an add-on.
- Region pack purchases — region access is tier-driven; you unlock the full Business pool by upgrading, not by buying individual regions.
- Retention — extended retention add-ons existed on the legacy pricing and are deprecated. Pro includes 12-month retention, Business includes 24-month, and that’s how the current catalogue works.
