The numbers below come from the PathWatch API at build time —

The Monitors row is the execution target ceiling — sum of every (monitor × region or runner) pair. A single HTTP monitor checked from five regions = five execution targets. Per-variant slot quotas decompose this — see Slot quotas.
Per-variant minimum intervals
Each monitor variant carries its own minimum interval. Plans include the variants at the bundled quantities below:

Per-check-type interval floors
Some check types have per-plan recommended interval floors because the underlying data changes slowly (and WHOIS registries rate-limit aggressive callers):

All other check types (HTTP, ping, port, keyword) follow the plan minimum; Browser Lite / Flow follow the per-variant minimums above.
The binding rule is the monitor variant’s minimum interval: the variant assigned to a monitor (bundled with your plan or bought as an add-on) is the contract that’s enforced. The per-type floors above are currently informational guidance — a faster variant (e.g. real-time uptime) is honoured even where it undercuts the per-type floor.
